The Casa Optima School is the first in Italy and in the world, to guarantee a high-level training offer that includes all 4 of the sweet arts: Gelato, Pastry, professional Decorations and Beverages.

A point of reference for all professionals in the sector, the School was founded in 2005 from the extensive experience of the Group Casa Optima, a synergy of four leading companies in the gelato and pastry sector of excellence: MEC3, Giuso Guido Spa, Pernigotti Maestri Gelatieri and Modecor Italiana.

A reality capable of training over 700 professionals every year, thanks to a service of high quality, a team of teachers with international experience, and theoretical and practical courses with a one-to-one method, structured on various levels and thematic areas, addressed to those approaching the profession of gelato maker, pastry chef or bartender for the first time and to the professional who wishes to evolve.

OUR METHOD

Casa Optima adopts a one-to-one teaching method, with classes restricted to a maximum number of 12 students and with fully equipped individual workstations to transform theory into practice immediately. An environment complete with multimedia tools, where the interaction between teacher and student and between the students themselves is unique.
